[IOT] IOT - Agenda for October 12 meeting at 17:00 UTC

I am iffy for the call tomorrow, but would volunteer for 3, 5, 7, 14 and 16.

I would appreciate some explanation of what #6 is all about?  Non-binding
IRPs and Precedent - is it within our remit to consider whether non-binding
IRPs
should constitute precedent
