#6 was a question that David McAuley raised.  It is included not to prejudge the outcome but we should at least consider whether this is within our remit.  See attached.

I am iffy for the call tomorrow, but would volunteer for 3, 5, 7, 14 and 16.

I would appreciate some explanation of what #6 is all about?  Non-binding IRPs and Precedent - is it within our remit to consider whether non-binding IRPs
should constitute precedent

a.     SP to seek volunteers for small groups to deal with matters outstanding and next steps on IRP Rules (draft sub-group structure included in this email).

b.     MH to draft language relative to tolling (awaiting).
3.  SP to present proposed structure for sub-groups.
4. Review and discuss draft language for repose including safety valve.
5. Next meetingS – 19 October 2021, 17:00 UTC and 2 November 2021, 17:00 UTC
