[IOT] Initiation Draft Agreement for Review

Following our IOT call last week I am circulating a clean version of the draft agreement on Initiation.  Would you please all take the opportunity for a final review, and to provide any further feedback on the outstanding question raised by Mike Rodenbaugh on 1 March and expanded on over a short email exchange - namely, whether, in considering the amount of the filing fee, we should be asking ICANN to consider also the cost to initiate Court proceedings (please read the email exchange in full).  There was not sufficient support on the call to make that change, but a number of our regular members were not able to join the call and so I would like to give you all the opportunity to respond on this.

Please share views over email, before COB Friday 17 March.
