[IOT] IRP-IOT agenda for upcoming call

Hi all
As previously discussed we will hopefully be reaching agreement on our Initiation document during today's call.  For completeness, however, here is our agenda:


  1.  Review agenda and SOIs
  2.  Action items:
     *   SP to revise the strawman and recirculate for review and comment prior to next call
     *   SP/BT to identify outstanding issues and timeline
  3.  Discuss and finalise draft agreement on Initiation (attached for convenience)
  4.  Face to face meeting:
     *   Informal get together at ICANN 76?
     *   Request meeting slot for DC, ICANN 77
