Hi Susan,

A few additional issues for the group to consider:

-removal of requirement for 'in person' meeting (#5)

-ensure that IRP deadline is tolled during pendency of CEP, no matter how
long it takes, given either party can terminate at any time (#6 says no
more than 14 days but ICANN routinely agrees to extend that until end of
CEP)

-ensure that "good faith" participation requirement is mutual, so ICANN
pays legal fees if it participates in bad faith - same standard as for
claimant (#6)
