[IPC-GNSO] Fwd: [ccwg-internet-governance] NOMINATIONS FOR THE IGF MAG LAUNCHED

Charles,

Thanks! Any advice you could give would be great. I am concerned that IP
interests specifically (and business interests generally) don't pay as much
attention to IGF, IGF-MAG, etc. as we should. Meanwhile, there's a virtual
pipeline of civil society, academics and think tank types to these groups.
On issues where we are all aligned, that's not too big a problem. But on
the issues where IP/business is on the other side of issues, our voice may
not be heard strongly enough. The "trend line" seems to be headed in the
wrong direction. Any effort to increase representation for IP/business
perspectives is a step in the right direction, in my opinion.
