[ksk-change] Still a plan for a Public Root KSK Rollover Workshop at ICANN 52 in Singapore?

has a design team been selected?   if so, is there an expectation that a majority of them will be in SIN next month?
if both conditions are true, then working on a meeting slot would not go amiss.
