[ME ICANN] ME space statement first draft on UA & Internationalization of Email addresses using Arabic script

Ramadan Greetings,

We start by thanking the penholders Abdalmonem Galila and Zied Bouziri for
their dedication in putting the time to prepare the first draft statement
about UA & Internationalization of Email addresses using Arabic script.

With accordance to the timeline below the* comment period will start from* *May
16 to 27th*.
