Dear All,A small update and a query:The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (lCANN) announced the release of the third version of the Maximal Starting Repertoire (MSR-3) on 29 March 2018 .This version is upwardly compatible with MSR-2.MSR-3 covers the following 28 scripts: Arabic, Armenian, Bengali, Cyrillic, Devanagari, Ethiopic, Georgian, Greek, Gujarati, Gurmukhi, Han, Hangul, Hebrew, Hiragana, Kannada, Katakana, Khmer, Lao, Latin, Malayalam, Myanmar, Oriya, Sinhala, Tamil, Telugu, Thaana, Tibetan, and Thai.For these scripts, MSR-3 contains 33,496 code points short-listed from 97,973 PVALID/CONTEXT code points of Unicode version 6.3.My question to ICANN and language experts is :1- Does MSR 3, has any impact (Positive or Negative) on the current work of NBGP as it includes several neo-brahmi scripts?Thanks,Harish Chowdhary,Technology Analyst,National Internet Exchange of IndiaISOC IETF FELLOWinSIG 2017 FELLOWwww.nixi.in | www.indiaig.inFrom: Dr Ajay Data<ajay at dat

Status of Document - LGR proposal2. Status of XML document (we need to also submit XML to complete our proposal. Please feel free to take help from Pitinan for the same)3. Valid and Invalid labels4. Common issues addressed as suggested by IP.Please look at the above and submit the complete set of proposal to Sarmad / Pitinan to take it further. We had committed date on last Saturday and Monday for many proposals to be submitted. Lets look at this on priority and make our Face to Face meeting more rewarding for our efforts.
