[Npoc-discuss] Nomination of Joan Kerr for the VC position

Dear all, I would like to nominate Joan Kerr for the position of Vice Chair
of the NPOC Executive Committee.

She needs no introductions after leading us for the previous three years
and we should be so lucky if she accepts this nomination.
