[RDS-WHOIS2-CommInterface] Reminder: deadline to submit subgroup report

Hi Volker,

I was not expecting you to draft a recommendation but as the Rapporteur you
are responsible for drafting the findings and analysis of the report.  I
gladly took that on for the first F2F because I knew you were deep into
GDPR compliance but it appears that you now have time to comment and or
edit so it seems appropriate that you would go back and review the report
and update it with any new findings and analysis, frankly really think
about it and do the work you agreed to do. .  We all have our work to do
and right now with the Temp Spec I am buried deep in other work.

As for the recommendation I will take another look at it and see if there
are compromises we can agree to.
