Alan - I think you're right, we don't need these questions. I included them
because these questions played a major role in past studies, directly or
indirectly related to WHOIS. Once could argue that the pure existence of so
many new gTLD made 'consumer trust' issues in the context of WHOIS even
more relevant but the questions you pointed out, may not even capture these
well.

If we can agree to deleted these 3 questions, then let's do this.
