[RDS-WHOIS2-LawEnforcement] Clarification needed - Survey

I hope this message finds you well. 
We received an action item on call #28 to reach out to you to clarify that the law enforcement subgroup is still in the process of assembling survey questions. As such, the survey is not ready for release or completion yet. Moreover, there are a number of outstanding questions with respect to logistics/format that still need to be addressed. Would it be possible for you to provide the subgroup with a clarification of actions you have taken, by 24 May, so as to inform next steps/subgroup discussion?
