[RDS-WHOIS2-Outreach] Outreach review - Homework and Subgroup Meeting

I know Alan - I will be able to work fully again next week when I'm back in Brussels. I'm without my computer while traveling and it's been challenging. I was expecting it to be easier, I thought I would be able to get things done on my phone but I'm a computer person.
