Hi Lisa,

Thank you for the offer, that will be great. Then I'll be focus on the findings & problems part only.

BTW. Did we change Section 5 from "Recommendations" to "Specific measurable steps"?

Best regards,
Lili

Subject: [RDS-WHOIS2-Reports] Draft Subgroup Report

Dear WHOIS1 Rec #15-16: Plan & Annual Reports Subgroup,

Would you like a subgroup report template, customized for the Plan & Annual Reports Subgroup?

Staff has done this for several other subgroups by populating Sections 1-3 based on the subgroup's planning documents, wiki, and meeting notes.

Given this draft as a starting point, subgroup members would then complete the remaining sections of the report:

Section 3: Adding your subgroup's findings and assessment of implementation effectiveness; Section 4: Any observed issues or problems; and Section 5: Specific measurable steps (if any) the subgroup believes are important to fill those gaps.

Please let us know if you would like a similar first draft prepared for this subgroup.

Regards, Lisa
