[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] RDS-WHOIS2: Analysis of best timing for Plenary/Leadership calls

Thanks. Unless I am mistaken, Cathrin is 
currently +2. I have made that adjustment and 
also added a second version for post ICANN60 when 
many of the members go off of summer time.

I will also send out a message asking if any team 
members would prefer to change their "off hours".
