[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] RDS-WHOIS2: Analysis of best timing for Plenary/Leadership calls

Dear RDS-WHOIS2-RT Leaders,

In reply to the action item identified on leadership call #6 and #7 for ICANN org to provide an analysis of what would be the best timing taking into consideration time zones of RT members, we attached an excel sheet reporting each review team member’s time zone and identified which time (UTC) would reflect the highest attendance.

Identified hours for future plenary calls would be either:


  *   13:00 UTC
  *   14:00 UTC
  *   15:00 UTC

Identified hours for future leadership calls would take place between 13:00 and 18:00 UTC, based on your time zones.
