Dear Susan,

Please find attached the “Milestones” and “Participation” fact sheets as of 30 November 2018.

As a reminder, in an effort to improve progress reporting, we began using a 20/80 rule for reporting out on fact sheets going forward.

This basically means that any milestone progress will be reported as:
· 0% = not started,
· 20% = work has begun, or
· 100% = task is fully completed (this is once the remaining 80% of work is complete).

This approach allows to assign credit once a task starts (20%) but assigns more weight to the actual completion of work (80%).

Please let us know if you have any concerns or need additional explanation. Please review and approve the attached fact sheets by Monday 17 December 23:59 UTC, if no comments are received by then, fact sheets will be considered approved.

Kind regards,

Jean-Baptiste
