Jean-Baptiste,

Most of the changes to the Blog post are fine, 
but I do not consider that to be the case for the 
change to the first bullet of our scope.

For the review of WHOIS-RT Recs, this omits the 
first part of the Bylaw requirement and what is 
in the ToR – to assess to what extent the prior 
recommendations were implements. The second part 
of the bylaws was to assess the effectiveness. In 
our ToR, we softened that by saying to the degree practical.

If you want to keep this short and concise, it 
needs to revert to saying we will evaluate to 
what extent the recommendations were implemented.

If a bit longer, add that to the degree possible, 
we will evaluate whether the recommendation and 
their implementation were effective.

For the review of changes since the last review, 
I should have caught this before, but our ToR 
does not say we will evaluate the effectiveness 
of the changes. It says that from the inventory, 
we will identify a subset that we consider 
significant and determine if further steps should 
be taken to enhance effectiveness.
