Following yesterday’s leadership call, please find below the identified action items and decisions reached:

DECISIONS REACHED

Subgroups

  *   Topics labeled "Ready"/"In Progress" should be up for RT discussion on next plenary. All rapporteurs will be asked for a status update on their subgroup's work.

Briefings

  *   GDPR Briefing on hold at the moment

Approved Plenary call agenda:

1.                   Welcome, roll-call, SoI updates

2.                   Update on Terms of Reference and Work plan

3.                   Subgroup status & next steps

     *   Rapporteurs will be asked to address the following:
        *   Status of first pass work plan and target for delivery to full Review Team
        *   How the subgroup will address next steps identified in the work plan

  *   Identify briefings/resources needed
  *   Review, analyze relevant documentation
  *   Conduct investigation of identified objectives
  *   Conduct relevant interviews as appropriate
  *   Draft summary of key findings
  *   Present findings to full Review Team for approval, as input to development of Review Team recommendations

Leadership call
Next leadership call will be scheduled on January 17 at 16:30 UTC.

Fact Sheet

  *   Susan will partner on fact sheet discussions. Alan wishes to remain included on email related discussions.


ACTION ITEMS

Outreach plan:

  *   Reflect that 2 webinars will be held to accommodate all time zones
  *   Label step 4 as "tentative requirement based on substantive changes"
  *   Add a step 5 "communication about final report"
  *   Highlight changes for discussion on plenary call
Request for written WHOIS1 recommendations briefings

  *   Alan to send a written request to ICANN org.

Finance & Travel

  *   ICANN org to provide answers to questions raised by Alan
