Dear Alan, Cathrin, and Susan,

Thank you for your confirmation to Tanzanica on the schedule of the RDS-WHOIS2 Engagement Session on Thursday 25 October 2018 from 10:30  to 12:00<https://63.schedule.icann.org/meetings/901639>.

We will update the engagement session description with the following text “Please note this session is NOT a GDPR or EPDP related session”, and will reach out to the review team members to confirm whether they will be in Barcelona and available for this session to answer questions (if any on their respective sections).

We will wait for your input on any updates needed to the attached slide deck, and confirmation on whether all available review team members (non-speakers) should be sitting on stage.

We would also like to confirm that up until now no F2F meetings at ICANN63 were requested by SO/ACs, and that no public comments were received. We have attached the public comment summary template for your review.

Finally, could you please confirm whether you would like any leadership or plenary call(s) scheduled prior to ICANN63?
