[RDS-WHOIS2-RT-Leadership_Staff] Nearly final report

Dear leadership,

I have a conflict with tomorrow’s outreach session because of a shift in GAC priorities. I now will have to attend the GAC meeting at the same time. I am very sorry for the last-minute change. Could you possibly also cover my parts of the presentation?
