[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Terms of Reference

Dear Alan,

The most recent version of the ToR was distributed with materials for the 27 Nov meeting: http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/rds-whois2-rt/2017-November/000230.html. The latest and correct version is now available on the wiki<https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=64084100>, and was forwarded to the review team ahead of today’s plenary call, including the changes you listed below.

    Also, I note two additional errors:

    1. Under Mission & Scope in the paragraph on the limited scope

    proposal, the phrase "by the ICANN organization" should be deleted.

    ICANN Organization now means just staff, and in fact, I was the prime

    author (working with Margie).

    2. The version of the proposal pointed to in the ToR and in the RDS

    Review Guidance document is incorrect. The final version is

    v4-4-11.16 and is attached to this e-mail (it corrects a critical typo).
