[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] RDS/WHOIS2-RT Meeting Preferences for ICANN59

I appreciate that I do not get a vote on this but I do want to reiterate what I said on the call. 

If the intention is to have the review team formally meet and undertake actual work such as discussing the scope or agreeing work practices etc. then I worry that the absence of a significant number of members or their intermittent attendance will be counter-productive.

I also think that the review team will be able to far more effectively use time once the various RDS related events happening during the week have occurred. These include RDS PDP public meetings, high level sessions on GDPR and so on.

That said, I agree with Alan that if it is possible to find a couple of hours during the week, perhaps towards the end of the week, that would be an excellent outcome.
