[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] RDS/WHOIS2-RT Meeting Preferences for ICANN59

I could probably carve out 2 hours on Saturday if 
that would work for others. Need to look at 
exactly when but most likely mid-afternoon.

Holding a meeting where decisions will be made 
with up to 1/3 missing as Volker suggests sounds 
like a really bad way to kick things off.
