[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Draft Safeguard Data slides for Alan to expand

I have shifted this thread from the Safeguard 
sub-group to the main mailing list.

Volker, I think that treating this a an example 
of how WHOIS was not made a strategic priority is 
a MARVELLOUS idea. It shifts the discussion from 
which data elements need to be protected, and how 
(where there are still VERY different ideas in 
the community) to why did ICANN ignore the issue 
that was well known for so long, and when it did start, why do it so slowly.
