[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] Next Monday's meeting

I am sorry for being slack.  I have been very ill since the ICANN 
intercessional Jan 28 (as you could tell from my voice on the call that 
week, and no doubt Susan will testify) and am having a hard time 
fighting off pneumonia.  I have also been very preoccupied with GDPR 
related work, which fortunately is winding down a bit.  I have been 
reviewing the transcripts and can promise to become more engaged 
shortly, barring the aforementioned relapse into pneumonia.
