[RDS-WHOIS2-RT] ICANN Proposal to adjust scope of RDS-WHOIS2-RT

It is not set in stone. But it is what is on the 
current workplan that we agreed to. We can change 
it at will. But doing so, may well have an impact 
on the outcome of the public consultation and we 
will need to consider that if we decide to adjust that date.
