It is our understanding that you asked for links to materials describing the process for transfer of data to escrow providers during the informal session at ICANN61.

The transfer of data to escrow providers from registries and registrars is described in the respective escrow sections of the registry (specification 2 of https://newgtlds.icann.org/sites/default/files/agreements/agreement-approved-31jul17-en.html) and registrar agreements (Section 3.6 of https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/approved-with-specs-2013-09-17-en#data-retention).
