[RDS-WHOIS2-StratPriority] Draft Subgroup Report

Dear all,

In the interest of time I include my first draft of the subgroup report here, which still requires further work upon delivery of the updated briefing docs that the SMEs are currently working on. I've worked in particular on summarizing the information available from ICANN strategic documents. I'll continue on this tomorrow but am grateful for any input/comments in the meantime.

Cathrin,

Upon review of the first draft report, staff 
noticed my draft did not completely reflect the 
current plan to address subgroup questions that 
was agreed via email and documented in the 
tracker. The attached update rectifies this 
oversight. If possible, please use this as your 
starting point for draft 2. Apologies for any inconvenience.
