[RDS-WHOIS2-StratPriority] Request for written materials

while we await Volker's input on the briefing questions, could I ask staff to already launch the request for the written materials based on the list that is contained in that same document and that has already been finalised? this will allow us to make some headway in time for our next deadlines which are coming up with lightning speed...
