Dear RSSAC Caucus Members,

I have taken the text that was in Wes’ Google doc and formatted it into the RSSAC Statement template.

This now begins the final 48-hour review period for this document. If any Caucus member has comments on this document please send them to the list before July 25th end-of-business everywhere. If no comments are received the document will be forwarded to the RSSAC for vote on August 7th.
