Greetings. I apologize for the delay in incorporating the comments from the file that Andrew Mcconachie sent out three weeks ago, but I wanted to be sure to have enough time for the outside analysis of ipcrypt.

The document is ready for another review. I'm keeping the edits in Google Docs so that people can see the changes I have made. Please review the changes. In particular, see the large list of problems with ipcrypt that were added to Section 3.3. There is still one leftover comment for John Heidemann in Appendix B.

If you have other suggestions for changes, particularly additions, please put them in the document or send them to the list.

Let me know if you have any problem accessing that.

Please try to finish up this review in three weeks, March 27. That gives people time to talk about it in the hallways at DNS-OARC, ICANN61, and IETF 101. At that point, it can probably be batched up and sent to RSSAC.
