The charter procedures state the Committee will strive for full consensus. At this time, we are still waiting on a response from Peter Koch in order to proceed with submitting the Final Report to the Board for consideration.

The next step in the process is to finalize the Report and submit to the ICANN Board Technical Committee for their review. Similar to the finalization of the draft Initial Report prior to Public Comment, RZERC members must confirm there is full consensus for the report.
