[social-media-wg] Potential Best Tweet Prize for ICANN64

The truth of the matter is that social media has become so automated that if one was so inclined, even if he has only 100 followers or even less he could buy 1000 retweets ( from real people not bots) for just $20 or even spend more to get more retweets. We even have apps that you can schedule tweet broadcasts so you could just set up the app to tweet 100 tweets or more a day for you automatically.
So just to be fair I have to ask, are we allowed to used any means necessary to win?
