[technology taskforce] Having two TTF meetings in August 2013

Not a bad idea, Lance.   So far I've just been comparing it to Adobe
Connect, but that isn't really a solid yardstick.

Part of the difficulty, though, is that LUCID seems to be a work in
progress.
