mailing list last week by Paul Eggert,
an update to the "leapseconds" file to note that there'll be no leap second
at the end of June, 2002,
a change to "zic.c" to deal with a problem in handling the "Asia/Bishkek"
zone, and a change to
"difftime.c" to avoid sizeof problems.

Changes to data for Argentina await settling of dust.
