Bangladesh won't go back to Standard Time from October 1, 2009,
instead it will continue DST measure till the cabinet makes a fresh decision.
Following report by same newspaper- "The Daily Star Friday":
"DST change awaits cabinet decision- Clock won't go back by 1-hr from Oct 1"
