For comparison:
"We may stuck with Belarus selecting BYT, Ukraine taking UAT, Lithuania,
Latvia, Estonia, and Finland continuing to observe DST and alternate
between EET/EEST."
i.e. one would be confronted with four abbreviations instead of two and
would not know that they only represent two offsets from UTC.
