Even when I mostly involve in the list whenever Argentina starts flapping
between ST and DT (and it hasn't for 3 years now), I wholeheartedly support
Paul's nomination.

He's been very helpful and precise in every discusion I can remember of.

I thank him for stepping forward (and ado for all the work done so far).
