There are some, yes. There are even some that use *DT
to designate "Summer Time" (not "Daylight Time").
You can see examples of these, and of some other practices, at

Parsing dates is hard, unfortunately. Neither strptime nor
getdate is satisfactory. And they're somewhat outside tz's scope.
