Thanks, the data in that patch matches what I circulated last month 
<https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/tz/2022-September/031963.html>. Please 
let us know when the law becomes official so that we can include the 
official URL in the commentary.

With luck, we can combine the changes in Mexico and Paraguay (once they 
are both official) into the next release, which I would hope would be 
sooner rather than later, given the prep time needed to propagate the 
tzdata update.
