This linkmoji service does highlight some interesting questions and issues

* Emoji are not allowed in IDNA2008 but considering the huge popularity maybe they should be allowable characters in IDNA.

* It would be good if "Picture Language" could be an option in choice of languages in Chrome which would enable one to whitelist linkmoji and hence have emoji displayed instead of punycode. By "Picture Language" I mean unicode emoji. The linkmoji display fine in Safari.
