Dear Harry, 

Please provide basis of your considerations, with the references, what particular clauses of the applicable ICANN policies,  you believe to be violated. 

Also please be aware that writing names of persons starting with the small letter is not regarded to be a plate manner and itself could be treated as an unfriendly behaviour. 

P. S: I am writing in capacity of the RySG member, and not in capacity of the GNSO Council member.
