Hi Don, I have one confusion regarding coremail . 1. core mail is a product or a service. I found 1 more observation with coremail. I have able to send mail from coremail(互联网中国@互联网.网络) to my email id(deepak.singhal at dil.in) . But when i try to send mail from (deepak.singhal at dil.in) to (互联网中国@互联网.网络) it does not get delivered because it set mx record to (your-dns-needs-immediate-attention.网络.) which is pointing to 127.0.53.53(localloop back address). So still my testing with coremail is incomplete . So my final observation for core mail is as follows. 1. coremail not able to sendmail on other than english and Chinese email address. Ex. (it doest not allow to send mail to दीपक.सिन्घल@डाटा.भारत) 2. core mail does not provide support for imap. 3. coremail is not able to receive mail from outside. So I request to you(don) Please update your sheet so that all member have correct information about EAI Compatibility product. RegardsDeepak Singhal

Hello Friends and Don, I think, we should put the EAI Readiness only when there is a WEB URL in support to the claim on company public website and available for customers (free/paid does not matter). For Example XgenPlus - you can refer to https://www.xgenplus.com/idn-email-web-hosting/ . After lot of research i found link to signup email on core mail ,that is http://xn--blq510jgwa.xn--fiqs8s/coremail/register/index.jsp.but itselt coremail says it does not support imap in it`s welcome mail it does not claim to imap support. it support only pop3 .Do we need to correct this sheet again for true information. We all would be happy if Coremail / OpenFind / Throughwave can also share the appropriate website links confirming the EAI support and its extent. regards

Throughwave definitely provides EAI addresses. They don&rsquot have a client and they are working on IMAP &amp POP support .

Though only the two you list have a complete suite of services as far as I know. No one was there from OpenFind .
