That last link is broken if you’re looking at the HTML email. You’ll want https://arcps.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm.

Note that whatever plugin was offered by the ICANN website was apparently out of date and then stopped working. When I manually downloaded and installed from https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-downloads-updates.html, everything worked fine.
