I just did a test posting from a gmail account and it went through (and
later deleted it). Did you confirm the posting of your comment?, you
should have received an email from "confirmsystem at icann dot org
<mailto:confirmsystem at icann.org>" with a subject like "ConfirmSystem:
idn-vip-integrated-issues at icann.org [[1bfa71726df3d152]]".

Once you confirm your posting it should take no more than an hour to
appear in the public forum:

http://forum.icann.org/lists/idn-vip-integrated-issues/

We update the webpage every hour at 50 minutes past the hour, if it is of
interest.
