[WP1] 21h start? Was Re: Proposed Agenda + some papers: WP1 call #9 Mon 13 April @ 20h UTC

I'm happy with that - it's within the diarised time slot and makes life
easier, and also means we can't go over time....

Any objections to a 21h start and a one hour call?
