Dear All,
Tks for the three columns Summary , it looks very promising .
The only important issue is  on Page 2 ,last row, IANA ,PT In which  there
are deficiencies that would weakened transition process outcome.
There are other week points in Sole Designator as many final decisions are
at the Board's Discretion .We therefore need to make use of Plan B to
compensate these weak points.
