OK . I see that now. Thanks. I will look, with interest at the next draft
of the Bylaw revision in response to the stress test then. This is a much

No, you are not reading it correctly. We are adding a general prohibition
on ICANN acting on any advice of any advisory committee that would require
ICANN to exceed its Mission or violate its bylaws. That is added to the
General section at the beginning of Article XI

Am I reading this correctly Becky, that we decided to deal with the GAC
issue by simply deleting it all together and standing silent? If so, how
will we respond to the NTIA when it asks about our satisfaction of Stress
Test 18? I rather liked Malcolm's formulation which capture my own views
quite well .
